¼ cup (50g) pistachios, chopped

¼ tsp cardamom powder

1 tbsp (10g) raisins

1 tbsp (15ml) rose water (optional)

Instructions

Toast the Vermicelli Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add vermicelli and sauté until golden brown.

Simmer the Milk In a separate pot, heat milk until it begins to simmer. Add toasted vermicelli and stir well.

Add Sweetness and Flavor Stir in sugar, chopped dates, almonds, pistachios, raisins, and cardamom powder. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Final Touches Add rose water for extra fragrance (optional). Cook for another 2-3 minutes until thick and creamy.

Serving Sheer Khurma can be served warm or chilled, garnished with extra nuts and saffron strands. It pairs well with tea or as a standalone dessert.
