Ingredients

6 cups (1.5L) water

Instructions
Boil the Lamb In a large pot, add the lamb pieces and cover with water. Bring to a gentle boil, skimming off any foam that rises to the top.
Simmer the Soup Reduce heat to low and let the soup simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, until the lamb is tender. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
