2 tsp (7g) dry yeast

1/2 cup (120ml) warm water

1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil

1 large tomato, sliced

1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1/2 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

1/4 cup (30g) black olives, pitted and sliced

2 tbsp (30ml) olive oil

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

Prepare the Dough In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and sugar. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour and knead until smooth. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.

Preheat and Roll Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the dough into a thin rectangle or oval shape and place it on a baking sheet.

Add the Toppings Brush the dough with olive oil and arrange the tomato, bell peppers, and olives on top. Sprinkle with oregano and salt.

Bake Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
