Ingredients:
For the Conch:

1 cup (0.12 kg) all-purpose flour
1 cup (0.12 kg) cornmeal
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup (0.12 liters) milk
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
2 cups (0.47 liters) vegetable oil (for frying)
For Serving:
Lemon wedges
Tartar sauce or spicy mayo
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Conch Clean the conch thoroughly and remove any tough parts. Place the conch between plastic wrap and pound it with a meat mallet until thin and tender.
Step 2: Season and Coat In one bowl, mix the flour, cornmeal, salt, black pepper, cayenne, garlic powder, and onion powder. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with milk. Dip each piece of conch into the egg mixture, then coat it evenly with the flour mixture.
